Spring is right around the corner, y’all. Or at least that is what I keep telling myself on these cold and rainy days we are having here in Nashville. The forecast looks promising for next week though. Fingers crossed.
I am beyond ready for the change of season; warmer temperatures and blooming flowers, nightly family walks and the sweet smell of spring. I seriously can’t wait. It is one of my favorite times of the year. That along with fall, which is always welcome, after the heat of the summer takes its toll.
This past weekend, I chatted with my boys about all the fun we are going to have in the weeks to come. With the warmer temperatures quickly approaching, I was excited to sit down and write out a Spring Bucket List to help keep us on track for living simply this spring.
Spring Bucket List For The Family
Over the years, I have grown to appreciate a simpler lifestyle; one that feels a little less hectic and more intentional. During the spring months, these feelings become magnified. Spring always feels like a huge breath of fresh air for me. I get lost in daydreams and feelings of gratitude often. Truthfully, it is a time when I feel entirely anew, joyful, gracious and full of hope.
During the spring months, I often reflect and find nooks and crannies in my day when I can be more intentional in my life. Because of this, I have tried to encourage my boys to have a similar mindset when finding joy in their own lives. I do this by emphasizing the beauty in a more simple way of living. For example, by encouraging things like taking a bike ride or enjoying an afternoon walk with the family. In a world that is so fast paced and full of distraction, I find that it is a nice change of pace when we take the time to slow down and let our feet take root in where we are standing. Instead of always looking for the next big thing to pique our interest.
So without further adieu and with the help of my three boys, here are 46 ways you can enjoy your spring with your family this year.

My recommendations for printing and using this free printable (8.5″x11″) are as follows:
- Printer
- Paper – I love this 32 lb paper for planner printables or any type of printables that require the use of a pen. This heavier weight paper will prevent bleed through which is of huge importance when using any type of planner printables.
- Pen – These are the pens that I am currently using and I love them. They are also available in black. You can find those here.
So there you go. You can hang this on your refrigerator or add it to your household binder and stay on track with making sure this is your best spring yet.
Do you have any fun ways of sharing time with your family during the beautiful months of spring? What are some of your favorite activities to do with those you love the most during this sweet time?
