10 Personal Development Books That Changed My Life

I started reading personal development books a few years ago after battling years of all day anxiety, self-doubt and uncertainty. I had been a stay at home mom for about a decade and many times I remember feeling like I had no idea who I was anymore or where my life was headed. Although I thoroughly loved and enjoyed my life, I often felt like there was something more to be discovered. That “more” is what left me feeling so empty at times.

I am a huge believer in the magnitude in which words can impact your life. I have seen it first hand in my own life. Words have changed my way of thinking and over the years, the accumulation of those words have greatly shifted my mindset and my way of life.
